We keep a peri bottle full of water next to the changing supplies to squirt baby's butt clean (he doesn't mind the cold, really!), then squirt water on the wipe to finish the job, throw it in the wipes bin, and you're done. One wipe per diaper change and no chemicals for baby's bum! If you're already into cloth wipes, here's my Swaddlebees review: I've tried several wipes (Wahmies-- too big and thick, Bumgenius bamboo-- too small and thin, and Thirsties-- don't hold up as well after multiple washes). Swaddlebees are juuust right. These wipes do a great job on breastmilk poops with water alone. They're the perfect size, two-sided/textured to match the job, and hold up well after multiple washes. Since diaper service washes our diapers, we throw the used wipes in a Bummis Waterproof Bag (Medium for overnight-14"X18") then pre-soak them on laundry day and throw them in with the regular wash.
