The floor exercises are a little too easy for me now, but the cardio segment is just right--not too strenuous, but you can definitely sweat with the added weight of the baby! For those of you with babies who don't sleep long enough to complete a full exercise routine (or if you just want to add a little variety to your workouts), this is the DVD for you! And your baby will love it--babies love being carried, right? My daughter is always ready for a nap right after the workout, which is perfect, because then I have time for a shower!
