	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - good book but recipes need some work This is an overall very helpful book but I have two issues. 1) You need to add considerably more water to the cereal recipes. I wonder if she bothered to test these recipes at all. 2) You need to modify the amount of food she recommends if you plan to breastfeed for at least a year. She has the baby eat three meals of solids per day very quickly including three weeks of nothing but cereal (which could cause constipation in many babies). + See Full Customer Review
