You can look your best without expensive cosmetics or surgical procedures, promises this video, with natural techniques that enhance your appearance by making your skin glow, minimizing lines, and making you look rested and relaxed. One of these techniques is self-massage to relieve tension, emphasizing Swedish percussion techniques such as tapping, pounding, slapping, cupping, and chopping. If this sounds more like self-defense than massage, realize that these staccato movements are actually painless and stimulating.
