	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Nice Routines I enjoy this DVD and find it something that I use fairly often. Sara is a good instructor and I like her personality. I am still fairly new to yoga so I did not find the routines easy and the faster one did present a nice challenge that I am able to work through, though I still use the eaier section more often.
