I had been using a notebook and then a dry erase board because my husband and I were so tired those first few weeks that we could hardly remember anything. I wish that I had had this book in the hospital. Would have made life easier. Anyways, the book is great. I like it because when I leave my daughter with a babysitter, I don't have to play twenty questions with the care-giver. I simply look at her book and know how things have gone.
